April 14, 1999 - Matt Micci, Vocational Carpentry Instructor, Canon City High School Vocational Department I have been the vocational carpentry instructor at Canon City High School for the past seventeen years and have been working in the carpentry trade for nearly thirty years. During my years as an instructor I have had the pleasure of teaching a handful of truly outstanding young people, one of which was Shane Sanders. Shane was the type of student who always wanted to know how to do better work and how to improve on his skills. Shane was then and is now a very responsible person who is hard working and reliable. The project was a one million dollar renovation of a lower downtown warehouse with a scope including tenant finish, framing and millwork. April 2004 - Wayne & Barbara Poole, Canon City We highly recommend Shane Sanders for construction/repair jobs in a home or office. He has completed numerous projects for us to include replacing a hardwood floor, repairing drywall, and installing kitchen countertops. He prepared bathroom walls for marble installation, installed a bathroom vanity cabinet and removed a fireplace from our house. He always shows up when he says he will and he always leaves the project area clean when he is finished. We think Shane is an honest, reliable man who we can always rely on to do a good job.
